What are the personal training fees?
 
Personal training session can be sold individually but are sold in packs for convenience and at an improved price.
 
1 session = £70
10 Pack = £650 save £50
20 Pack = £1280 save £120

I specialise in fat loss and well being. I work with clients in becoming lean, strong and physically capable individuals. Leanness, symmetry and performance are three words that truly encompass the Michael Hannon Personal Training philosophy.

How long does each personal training session last?
 
The personal training sessions are specific to the individual, so they range from 30-75min depending on the individual, goals and purpose of session. In the beginning sessions are likely to encompass nutrition, lifestyle, chi kung, mobility and flexibility work, spaced at 2-3 week intervals. This is by far the most efficient and effective way to optimise results without wasting time or money.
 
Do you work from a gym or health club in the Chelsea area?
 
All sessions will be held at the client’s home. When the client reaches a certain level of strength requiring further equipment then sessions will be held with in a local PT studio.
 
What are the benefits of personal training from home?
